I'm Wendy Hudepol, creator of Functional Body. After years of experience in sports, yoga, and yoga therapy, I've created a unique method that combines strength, mobility, and posture to build an agile, resilient, and pain-free body.
The Functional Body method is based on hundreds of real-world cases and combines functional training, mobility, and targeted therapeutic approaches. It's designed for those who want to regain energy, improve their performance, or successfully address pain and postural issues.
My goal, along with that of my team of specialized personal trainers, is to guide you on an effective and sustainable journey that will allow you to live with more energy, well-being, and freedom of movement.
How it works

  • First appointment to evaluate the client's level and medical history

  • Creating a personalized plan

  • Small group training (1–6 people)

  • Monthly progress monitoring

The routes

  • Functional Body Therapy → for chronic pain, post-injury recovery, postural or post-partum problems.

  • Functional Training 360 → to develop
