Mini classes with a Personal Trainer focus on four key aspects to improve physical well-being, adopting a personalized approach for each client: Muscle strengthening: Increases strength and prevents injuries, with exercises designed specifically for the individual needs of each client. Mobility: Improves joint range of motion and coordination, adapting exercises to each person's level and goals. Breathing: Optimizes oxygen intake and helps manage stress, using personalized techniques to improve individual well-being. Flexibility: Increases muscle elasticity and facilitates movement, with sessions specific to the needs of each participant. Each client benefits from personalized training, ensuring maximum support and motivation, to progress according to their abilities and goals. Mon - Fri 7am-9pm Sat and Sunday 8am-11am
